Shipping Policy


Customers receive an email confirmation confirming their order has been placed and will receive a 2nd email notification with a tracking number when their order has been shipped. You can return items by mail and enjoy free shipping on your return package of products that remained unopened or arrived to you damaged or expired. To return by mail, follow the four easy steps below:

Our Online Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on may be returned.

Print the label from your email.

Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

Take the package to any UPS location or request a UPS package pick-up by calling 1.800.PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.

Return & Exchange Policy

We try hard to display our product colors and shades as accurate as we can on, but understand there still may be some difficulty in color matching products online. We accept return/ exchange item requests within 30 days of the date of purchase on products that are unused or delivered to you damaged. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside and contact us as soon as possible. MESSAGE US. If you are not happy with the color, you may request an exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To start a refund process for the products listed above, please contact our customer service team by email at or by phone at (940) 273-0841. We’ll refund, to the original form of payment, the price of the applicable product plus any applicable taxes. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be issued.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine our refund policy is being abused.

Pride Cosmetic's policy does not permit the resale of used, damaged or expired products. Our policies, training and procedures are goals are focused on ensuring that only the highest quality products are sold to customers in-store and online.
